Preparing and Celebrating Together (PACT) is preparing and celebrating together for first reconciliation, first communion and confirmation (children aged 8 by December 6). It’s an exciting part of your family’s faith journey that parents, children and team members make together.
During this preparation we grow in our friendship with God and with each other in our homes, parish and the world, as we deepen our understanding and love of the sacraments and how to live a fruitful life of faith.
Please read the information below and complete this form to confirm your commitment. You will need to know the place and date of your child’s baptism to complete the form.
Sunday Mass is the centre of our life as Catholics. It is the time our community gathers together to worship and pray; to listen to the word of God and receive the Eucharist. Therefore it is important that in preparing to receive the sacraments the children come along to Sunday Mass. For those of you for whom Mass is unfamiliar, we will walk alongside you as we welcome your family into our community.
TAUPO November 28 and 29

First Communion and Confirmation:
Sunday 6th December 9am
The sacraments are not the goal at the end of a program, rather, sacramental preparation is only one part of our faith journey. The PACT journey encourages an openness to our strengths and calling to ministry within the parish community.
We encourage you to invite friends and family to these special celebrations. More details about these celebrations will be shared during the preparation sessions.
It is important to discern whether your family is ready for this journey. Please follow the link below to confirm your commitment to this programme. If you have any questions please contact me.
