“If you serve me, you must go with me. My servants will be with me wherever I am. If you serve me, my Father will honour you.”
— Jesus (John 12:26)
As disciples of Jesus we share in His mission when we use our gifts and talents to build up His church. What gifts do YOU have"? How is Jesus calling YOU to serve?
We are currently looking for people with these gifts:
We welcome EVERYONE who walks through our doors. Perhaps you’d like to be part of our greeting team!
Our hospitality is world famous (at least in New Zealand!) you can join our baking team now too!
Are you pretty good at technology? We can train you to help out with the projector, livestream or sound.
Grow your faith
ALPHA
ALPHA is a series of sessions exploring the basics of the Christian faith. It’s relaxed and informal – great for sharing views and discussing questions.
PACT
Preparing and Celebrating Together (PACT) is our parish pathway for first reconciliation, first communion and confirmation. It’s an exciting part of your family’s faith journey as you grow in understanding and faith, and deepen your relationship with Jesus.
SEEK
You give many great gifts to your children. This is your chance to take a step towards giving them the greatest gift – the gift of Faith. The Sacrament of Baptism marks the beginning of our life of faith.
“
I dream of a ‘missionary option’, that is, a missionary impulse capable of transforming everything, so that the Church’s customs, ways of doing things, times and schedules, language and structures can be suitably channeled for the evangelization of today’s world rather than for her self-preservation.
- Pope Francis, Evangelii Gaudium, 27
